This was possible only after three years of hard work and research. Post-launching there was no looking back and Chotais brand became a name to reckon which "went around" like wild fire.

Today, chotai sibling from the present generation, sensing the needs and the requirement of the market, made history to "come around". Mr. Pratik Chotai, after successfully serving the house hold family business in the areas of Production, Promotion and Market Research, for more than a decade, ventured to return into the field of ready - to - eat or carry - home eatery outlates. As a test market, Mr. Pratik Chotai established the first eatery outlet in Ahmedabad. The public response was overwhelmingly encouraging and within a span of three month of operation, the outlet became self-sufficient and gained the patronage of their clients. For Mr. Chotai, it was his "dream come true".
